Small Business IT Maintenance Plan

The small business IT maintenance plan is ideal for small businesses with two to four computers that need IT support on average once a fortnight to once a month. There are no call out fees charged, and customer can enjoy up to 58 hours labour per annum, parts are charged extra at cost price. As a business user we know the importance of getting your systems back up and running as soon as possible, so on average we will have an engineer with you within four hours from call out. as with our other IT maintenance plans companies get free unlimited telephone and email support. Our Small Business IT Maintenance Plan is only £140.00 per month, or if you pay yearly it is only £1,400 per annum. SME Business IT Maintenance Plan

Our SME Business IT Maintenance Plan is designed for companies with five to ten computers on a network with a server. We know that system stability and support are key to the running of your business, so customers can expect an engineer to be onsite within two hours from call out. we know that IT systems don't break down Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00, so we cover you seven days a week, 365 days a year. As well as our unlimited telephone and email support, our SME Business IT Maintenance plan comes with the option of remote technical support so that we can carry out maintenance and diagnostics in the background to minimise downtime to your company. The cost of our SME Business IT Maintenance Plan is only £450.00 per month or £4,500.00 per annum if you pay for twelve month in advance. Parts are charged extra at cost price. With the SME Business IT Maintenance Plan, companies have up to 160 hours of labour per year.
